Carpet Cleaning Solutions

July 27, 2017 by Jenny 2 Comments

This post has been sponsored by Stanley Steemer, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

When you have a busy household that includes children and pets, you absolutely need to have go-to Carpet Cleaning Solutions that can get your through the day.  I say day because it can be a day to day struggle to keep the carpet clean between muddy paws and goldfish cracker crumbs.

When we first brought Charlie home I was thrilled because he didn't shed for the first six months.  Sure we had a our sleepless nights with crate and potty training, but he didn't shed!  That all changed about six months in so between the early stage potty accidents and the incessant shedding of his hair, we've worked hard to come up with a carpet cleaning solution that our entire family can handle.

You might recall that my husband is a bit of a clean freak at times.  He hates clutter and he hates feeling like there is stuff on the bottom of his feet, which is why the vacuuming and sweeping is all on him.  He sweeps at least twice a day and vacuums every day.  He can be incessant with it.  When we have people over for barbecues or playdates for the kids, the second that our friends leave he breaks out the vacuum.  That can only get us so far though so I call in the professionals.

Every 3-6 months we use Stanley Steemer as my carpet cleaning solution to keep my house clean and healthy.  The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America recommends your carpet be cleaned 3-4 times a year by a scheduling of all the Stanley Steemer services

Stanley Steemer comes in and gets the job done!  I can remember being at my mom's house in NY when she got her carpets cleaned.  1,000 square feet took at least four hours for that guy to do.  It took Stanley Steemer an hour to do 3000 square feet to the relief of my husband and kids that were home that day.  Plus the service is super easy to schedule with online scheduling of all the Stanley Steemer services, which include carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, air ducts, natural stone and hardwood floor cleanings.  They seriously do it all and their carpet cleaning services remove an average of 94% of common household allergens from the carpet.

They also have a bunch of other products for those mishaps that happen so often in life.  The Spot Remover makes a consistent appearance in our home because of Charlie's muddy footprints.  Who doesn't like playing in the mud right?  The Odor Out has definitely saved our furniture too.  Joe made the crazy decision to allow Charlie on one of couches and we routinely use the Odor Out so that no one else is the wiser about his napping place.

Plus, if you live in a home like ours that has tile, carpet and hardwood floors then Stanley Steemer has a cleaning solution for those as well.  It's all about maintaining what  you do have so that you can keep everyone clean and healthy.  Especially those with OCD tendencies {no names necessary to protect the innocent}.

Is your home in need of a summer cleaning, too? From carpets, tile & grout, air ducts, and more, Stanley Steemer has you covered with easy ways to freshen up your space! Enter below for your chance to win a $400 Stanley Steemer gift card.
