Mother's Day Brunch Recipes

Before Joe and I had Riley and Avery, one of our favorite things to do was to go to brunch.  Now, that just doesn't happen and it's not because my girls don't know how to behave in a restaurant because we take them out to eat all of the time and I firmly believe you need to so that they know what the expectations are.  Our issue is the fact that both of my girls get up before the sun rises so brunch is out of the question because they've usually eaten by 7 am so there's no way they're hungry for brunch at 10 and at 11 they'd be looking for lunch.  This Mother's Day I am absolutely determined to enjoy brunch at my house.  The past two years Mother's Day was virtually non-existent because one we spent on a plane home from a fabulous wedding and the other we spent in the hospital because Avery was born on Mother's Day.  So this is the year and I'm doing everything I can to pack my husband's arsenal for go-to Brunch Recipes.  Take the hint honey!
