I can't even believe that I'm thinking about Super Bowl recipes already.  It feels like Christmas was just here.  Nonetheless, I'm making sure that your next event, whether it's a Super Bowl party or a Jack and Jill baby shower, is absolutely delicious with these pineapple beverages.

This is sponsored by DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice.

We're serving up a Bourbon Pineapple Cocktail for the guys.  They get their taste of bourbon whiskey in this easy cocktail, while still keeping it at a responsible balance.  We want everyone to be able to get to work the next day.

Bourbon Pineapple Cocktail #cocktails #bourbon #themelrosefamily

This Bourbon Pineapple Cocktail combines one shot of Knob Creek bourbon whiskey, one shot of DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice and one shot of simple syrup.  You can find our directions for simple syrup here.  We love using 100% DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice the “King of Juices™”, in our beverages because of the refreshing taste and the fact that it's 100% juice.

Bourbon Pineapple with Dole Juice

Mix the shots in a cocktail shaker and serve in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.

Since we know that more often than not most people have to work the day after an event, we also created this gorgeous Pineapple Lemonade Punch, which is nonalcoholic and so good!

In order to make this recipe, you'll need our Best Lemonade EVER recipe {RECIPE HERE}.  Once you have the lemonade made, it comes together in a snap.  We once again relied on the amazing flavor of DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice in this deliciously refreshing punch.

Say I want to take the easy way out, could this work with Chick-Fil-A lemonade? Or store bought Simply Lemonade?

Our best ever lemonade recipe makes a pitcher full, which is about 1/2 a gallon.
