When I think of Valentine's Day I think of chocolate and lots of pink and red. We don't often get to go out for dinner on Valentine's Day because of the girls so instead I try to make something decadent that we can all enjoy. The fact of the matter is that I don't have a ton of time between keeping Riley from getting bored and watching for Avery to get into the next thing {I forgot how active a 9-month-old truly is. She's already trying to climb the stairs!} So, I need Valentine Desserts that are quick and easy, but gorgeous at the same time.
Quick & Easy Valentine Desserts
These Strawberry Banana Phyllo Cups from This Gal Cooks are perfect for Riley because she'll love the size and I feel better about the fact that they include fruit.
I have a definite love for these Chocolate Covered Pretzel Heart Treats from One Little Project because I have a definite pretzel addiction. Chocolate covered pretzels are always a go-to snack for me. So these are just perfection!
I never truly understood how easy it is to make candy bark and this Valentine's Candy Bark from Life with the Crust Off is something Riley can even get in on making. LOVE that!

Anything stuffed inside a cupcake is a winner in my book, but these Nutella Stuffed Vanilla Cupcakes from TitiCrafty by Camila are just pure perfection!
