If there’s one thing we love it’s sliders!  There’s just something about having tiny sandwiches to make you feel better about what you’re eating.  One of our go-to sliders is our pulled pork sliders that are smokey, yet sweet.

One of the reasons I love pulled pork sliders is because of how easy they are to make.  I make our pulled pork in the slow cooker and let the smokey aroma of the pork cooking fill our house.  It’s definitely one of my favorite smelling meals.

The pulled pork is definitely best when it cooks for eight hours.  Plus, you’ll find that it’s best to prepare the meat in the slow cooker in the morning because it requires brewed coffee as an ingredient.  You can find the recipe here.  We just adapt it to use slider rolls, rather than sandwich rolls.  The recipe makes a ton of pulled pork so it’s great for a crowd and if you have any leftover our Pulled Pork Baked Potatoes are out of this world.

Beautiful sandwiches and perfect football game day food! They’ll be standing around the buffet table, just pretending to watch the game at your house. 🙂

These sliders are yummy! My husband will eat a bunch of them to himself! Gotta make lots 🙂

My favorite OxO product is their mandolin slicer. It’s so easy to use. I love scalloped potatoes, and can make them so much faster with the mandolin. I have many OxO gadgets in my kitchen and around the house.
