With summer just around the corner, I’m back to eating healthier consistently.  One of the key things that I’ve learned along my health journey is that I still need recipes with flavor.  I love food way too much to eat something that is bland and boring.  Many of you know that I’ve done a couple rounds of 21 Day Fix over the past year.  I even have an entire section on my site to help those looking for flavorful 21 Day Fix approved recipes.  In the beginning, I loved the workouts, but missed flavorful meals, which is why my goal is to provide healthy, easy meals and these Greek lettuce wraps do just that.

Vegetarian Greek Wraps with cucumbers

The vegetarian Greek lettuce wraps combine garlic hummus and tzatziki topped with fresh slice cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives and green onions with just a sprinkle of feta cheese all on a leaf of romaine lettuce.  I used a pre-packaged container of garlic hummus and tzatziki, but you could easily make your own and store it, which is what I usually do over the summer.  I usually keep our garlic hummus ready to go and use it in recipes like these Greek lettuce wraps.

The funny part about these wraps is that they were inspired by a Greek dip my sister-in-law makes.  I literally could sit and eat the entire dip and it’s meant for at twelve people.  In order to keep me from doing this, I decided to get my fill by creating these lettuce wraps.  They are essentially the dip on a lettuce wrap.

Vegetarian Greek Lettuce Wraps

  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp garlic hummus
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1/4 cucumber chopped
  • handful grape tomatoes chopped
  • handful sliced black olives
  • 1 green onion chopped


  • On each of the romaine lettuce leaves place a tablespoon of garlic hummus and tzatziki.
  • Top the tzatziki with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced olives, green onion and feta cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy.
