I'm all about simple, healthy snacks for my daughter.  Although, I am known to throw in a decadent cupcake every once in a while. With Spring just around the corner, all I can think about are the gorgeous colors so I was inspired to create the perfect yogurt parfait that is simple and delicious.  It would also make a great snack idea for St. Patrick's Day at your child's school.

Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Rainbow Yogurt Parfait

I adore using mason jars in my crafts as well as my recipes and this parfait was just perfection in an 8 oz wide mouth mason jar.  The 8 oz size is the perfect serving size and it also allows you to see the gorgeous colors of the snack inside.  I added a piece of burlap to the top with a St. Patrick's Day sticker to make it the perfect classroom snack, but these could definitely be enjoyed year round.

Yogurt Parfait for Kids

The best part about this Rainbow Yogurt Parfait is that it comes together quickly and easily, which is always key when you have a hungry preschooler or need to prepare enough for a classroom.
