    Chicken Taco soup is one of my favorites as well. I just discovered it last year, but it now makes an appearance on the menu at least one per month.

    OMG AMAZING SOUP!!! AND by far the easiest soup I’ve ever made. Tasted so good and a little spicy with Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles (all in one can). sooo delicious, bf and friend loved it! I also added black beans and a cup of water when I doubled the recipe
