These cupcakes are the ultimate holiday gift.  Who doesn’t like receiving a sweet treat as a gift?  I know I certainly do.  Especially, when it consists of cupcakes.  These are just a little bit more than your normal cupcakes with red velvet cake and peppermint frosting.  I start wishing for a spoon just thinking about it.  These Mason Jar Peppermint Cupcakes are the ultimate indulgence with multiple cupcakes topped with frosting packaged in a mason jar and topped with red sugar crystals.
